Customer Service Representative (Daily Shifting (Mon-Sun) 8am-8pm) - Contract = 12 months


 

This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client


Work Location: near Commonwealth MRT

Salary Range : $2,300-$2,600


Timing

1. Shift time - 8am-8pm

2. 44 hours per week (5.5 days of work)

3. Rotating shift Mon-Sun (including Public Holiday)


Job Description

1. Log all incoming calls and email and record sufficient information to facilitate effective incident

processing.

2. Identify the impact, urgency, and priority of incidents

3. Provide initial troubleshooting and support for incidents.

4. Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved by the service desk to the appropriate Application Maintenance

team and monitor progress.

5. Seek confirmation for closure from the user when resolution is provided.

6. Serve as the first point of contact for all incidents

7. Prepare daily and weekly report (knowledgeable in excel)


Education

1. O Level

2. Pass O Level English
