Job Scope :
The Contractor is required to carry out inspection of properties including returned properties and all follow-up actions to monitor and report compliance with requirements provided by Client and that the premises do not infringe authorities’ requirements, including but not limited to:
a)Non-compliance to statutory requirements, e.g.
- Unapproved building works and any additions/alterations,
- Fire Safety Hazards,
- Unapproved usage or change of usage of premises,
- Illegal activities in premises e.g. illegal dumping, gambling, etc,
- Unapproved worker’s dormitory;
- Unapproved sales of diesel;
b) Unapproved subletting;
c) Encroachment;
d) Poor Maintenance/Housekeeping; and
e) Unauthorised reclamation.
The Works also include verification of gross floor area (GFA) and monitoring the reinstatement works of the return properties to Clients satisfaction.
The works of the Contractor shall include
Make arrangement with companies and carry out inspection of their premises;
Identify issues and raise concerns relating to non-compliance with statutory and Client requirements; and
Follow up with reinstatement works for return properties and rectification of breaches for all properties.
Work Requirement :
Diploma in Real Estate or Facilities Management
Certified in Fire Safety Manager
