[What the role is]

Assistant Manager, Land Titles Registry (Digital Conveyancing)

[What you will be working on]

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join us in the flagship digital transformation project in SLA. You will be a part of the core team to lead the digital transformation of the conveyancing industry by closely working with vendor, private and public eco-system stakeholders and SLA senior management. You will be expected to provide key inputs fundamentally changing how the industry operates and delivers value to all customers:

  • Liaise with eco-system stakeholders, analyse and understand both business and technical user requirements.

  • Work with SLA/IT team and vendor to ensure the proper translation and interpretation of the user requirements.

  • Liaise with digital platform users when the system is online.

  • A team player, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptive to fast changes.

  • Disciplined, focused and able to work independently where appropriate.

  • Exceptional communication skills and able to work with external and internal parties to deliver results through close collaboration and partnership.

  • Fast learning capability and willing to learn IT system, operation processes and digitalisation.

  • Experience in technical and/or technical business analyst area is preferred.

  • Experience in project management or agile development process is preferred.

  • Understanding of the Singapore conveyancing process is preferred.
